About the Program
EduBridge has collaborated as a knowledge partner with Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Kaushal Vikas Yojana (DDU-GKY) to provide training and employment to youth. The Vision of DDU-GKY is to "Transform rural poor youth into an economically independent and globally relevant workforce". DDU-GKY is a part of the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), tasked with the dual objectives of adding diversity to the incomes of rural poor families and cater to the career aspirations of rural youth.
Industry partnerships allow access to new technology and on-the-job training. There are dedicated training hours for soft skills, spoken English, basic computers and domain skills, in residential as well as non-residential well-equipped campuses, with adequate technology as per industry standards.
The program aims to ensure that the learners have adequate knowledge and skills so that they are work-ready after the program is completed.

This module is designed to welcome our learners to the training program and in the organisation. It gives a brief introduction about EduBridge and expectation during the journey of learning. The learners will also get access to self-learning interactive module to know their login portal better.

It's Not What You Say, it’s how you Say it..!!!! Pronunciation is the way a word or a language is spoken, or the manner in which someone utters a word. This module will aim at introducing you to the pronunciation of alphabets, numbers and words.
When you speak in any language every letter or a word has a sound and is pronounced accordingly. In English too, there are certain letters which has two sounds, either Consonant Sound or Vowel Sound. In this module you will first understand the meaning of these sounds that is available in English language.
Five of the 26 alphabet letters are vowels: A, E, I, O, and U. The letter Y is sometimes considered a sixth vowel because it can sound like other vowels. In this module you will first understand the meaning of Vowel Sounds and their examples.
With 2,500 to 3,000 words, you can understand 90% of everyday English conversations, English newspaper and magazine articles, and English used in the workplace. The remaining 10% you'll be able to learn from context, or ask questions about.
