The Duty Manager – Level 5 program equips learners with the skills to supervise front office and concierge operations, ensure excellent guest experience, manage staff, and support budgeting and administrative tasks in a hotel environment. The course combines theory, practical activities, and on-the-job training to prepare learners for mid-level hospitality management roles.

Industry Recognized Certificate
