EduBridge has collaborated as a knowledge partner with Government College in Nurpur, Chamba and Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh to run the Bachelor of Vocation programme.
BVoc is an upcoming course in India, which is intended to incorporate specific " Job Role Based Skill Training" along with the general education in universities and colleges. It is a degree course, which is more focused on practical based learning rather than theoretical studies.
The programme aims to ensure that the students have adequate knowledge and skills so that they are work-ready after the programme is completed.

Bachelor of Vocation (BVoc) - Retail Team Leader course Minimum Eligibility
As a retail team leader, it is very important for you to understand the current retail environment and the benefits. This module will aim at helping you in learning about Retail Industry, the different retail formats and the retail triangle.
This module will aim at helping you in learning and understanding the duties of retail store staff and their responsibilities for better customer service and productivity in sales.
This module will cover the understanding on the importance of key skills needed to address the inevitable challenges that arise in teams, notably, appreciating individual differences, communicating collaboratively, and managing conflict.
This module will cover the understanding of being a good leader and managing the team to deliver high performing customer service and improve sales.
As a Team Leader, you will find yourself in situations, where you will have to work with other staff members. Therefore it becomes very important to know how to work in a team. This module will cover the understanding of team work an will help in learning phrases to achieve good team bonding.

In this module, you will be familiarize with introduction to merchandising, introduction to visual merchandising, visual merchandising support structures, merchandising and category presentation, cross merchandising, how to display products in your store.
In this module, you will learn about the functions of retail equipments, equipments used in a store, pos and non-posequipments, pos handling procedures, stacking norms.
The main causes of retail shrinkage are employee theft and shoplifting. Shrinkage is the loss of inventory that can be attributed to factors such as employee theft, shoplifting, administrative error, vendor fraud, damage in transit or in store, and cashier errors that benefit the customer. To some extent being alert at work will help the retailers to control the shrinkage. In this module, you will understand the reasons of shrinkage and your role to control the inventory shrinkage.
Stake holders can affect or be affected by an organization’s actions, objectives and policies. Hence it is very crucial to always stay connected with the stakeholders and manage a better coordination/ communication with them. In this module, you will understand the meaning of stakeholders and ways to improve communication with stakeholders.

As a Retail Team leader, you are the key initiator to make or break the relationship and business with customer. This module will cover the understanding of communicating and meeting customers’ expectations by effective customer service.

This module will aim at understanding the importance of health and safety at work place.
This module aims to check your understanding of the entire course and evaluate yourself by completing the practice assessments. This learning will prepare you for the final assessments of the course.
Industry Recognized Certificate
EduBridge’s programs are designed to offer learners a pathway to placements and its certificate is an official credential for the learners.
On satisfying the attendance criteria requisite and by successfully clearing the assessments with a 50% score and above, learners will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement.
Learners who are unable to clear all the assessments and have scored less than 50% but fulfilled the attendance criteria will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
