About the Program

EduBridge has collaborated as a knowledge partner with Government College in Nurpur, Chamba and Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh to run the Bachelor of Vocation programme. 

BVoc is an upcoming course in India, which is intended to incorporate specific " Job Role Based Skill Training" along with the general education in universities and colleges. 

 

It is a degree course, which is more focused on practical based learning rather than theoretical studies. The programme aims to ensure that the students have adequate knowledge and skills so that they are work-ready after the programme is completed.

This course will,

  • Explain the duties and responsibilities of the front office executive along with the attributes required such as assisting the guest during the check-in and check-out process of the hotel
  • Help you to achieve customer satisfaction by understanding the customer requirements that are as per the standards of the hotel
  • Train you to attend to guests' requirements and queries, including room related facilities, amenities, and requests for consumables etc
  • Help you to manage and complete cashiering activities, such as handling the payments of guests at the front desk

Service business operators often assess the service quality provided to their customers in order to improve their service, to quickly identify problems, and to better assess client satisfaction. You will also learn the importance of health and proper diet to be followed for active body, which in turn will improve your performance at work.
