About the Program
Hunar Shala is the CSR initiative by L&T Finance & aims to provide employability skills to youth, specifically in the BFSI sector & provide them with meaningful placements.
Through this program, L&T Finance is working towards the upliftment & empowerment of communities through focused training on domain & soft skills in programs created in collaboration with academia & industry.
As part of this program, EduBridge offers placement-oriented training programs focused on the BFSI & ITeS sector. Our aim is to empower youth from low-income communities to be a part of the booming BFSI & ITeS industry in India.
This course will give you exposure to the Banking and Financial Sector in India. You will gain a better understanding of the job role of a Banking and Non- Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) representative, which is to supply Microfinance loans in the respective locations where the bank doesn’t have a presence to push financial inclusion.
With 100+ hrs of Master training program, you will learn various loan products and policies and acquire skills for selling these products to customers, through activities and exercises. By the end of this program, you will be able to achieve confidence and find success in your career aspirations.
