About the Program
Skills to Succeed program, a CSR program by Wadhwani Foundation, will aim at building a skilled workforce in the BFSI and IT/ITes sectors. The program will impart relevant skills and also help in providing livelihood opportunities to youth from the underserved communities of India. The main aim of the program will be to support unemployed youth in the age group 18+ years looking for employment/livelihood opportunities. The focus of the program will be to bridge the gap in the supply and demand ecosystem by providing skilled and job-ready manpower to the BFSI and IT/ITES industry, thus contributing towards the Skill India Mission.
This course will give you exposure to the Banking and Financial Sector in India. Through this program, you will be able to understand the role of a bank representative who acts as an agent and provides banking services in various locations where the banks do not have a presence to push money inclusion.
You will also learn about the various banking products and policies and how to acquire the skills that are required to sell these products to the customers, through the activities and theory sessions conducted by our Master Trainers. This program will enhance your confidence and knowledge and help you in preparing yourself for the job.
