EduBridge is an Integrated Workforce Development Organization started by IIM alumni & professors in October 2009, EduBridge impacts the entire Career Development life cycle of the unemployed youth of the country. Hello, my name is Rushikesh Dharmale. I have been profiling the role of a Senior Manager (Business Services) at EduBridge India and have been part of this wonderful family over the last 11 years. As Senior Manager in Business Services, my role is to ensure that the Business meets all its revenue targets and meets the requirement on all input metrics. My job entails assuring the quality of mobilization, training, training infrastructure, TAFs collected & process adherence, also purposefully engaging team members. As part of the EduBridge family, I reconcile with the vision and mission of the organization and transparency in the work culture. A priceless takeaway would include the countless blessings we receive from parents as we push their children on the path of righteousness to help secure placements for them. In the present time, EduBridge is evolving at a fast pace, and I certainly look forward to the organization achieving the 10X milestone.
