About Event
SkillsFactor is India’s Largest Skill Marathon Platform! EduBridge’s flagship, full-day, mega event was first conducted in 2021 and born out of the need to provide free knowledge-based sessions to participants of all ages who are interested in skilling, re-skilling and upskilling themselves on a day when everyone is available to share and absorb knowledge on various topics from various sectors!
SkillsFactor is generally a 12-hour event that starts in the morning and ends in the evening. This day sees several back-to-back, skill-based sessions that answer the most pressing questions the youth of today have about respective topics, career paths, jobs, etc.
The entire day is filled with sessions on tech and non-tech topics covered by industry stalwarts in their fields. Thus, the platform brings together the youth, the industry and the community as a whole to share and learn something new from each other.
SkillsFactor in 2023 was designed to be a full-day event with the “26th” as the theme with Yuwaah as an event partner. The concept of “26 January – 26 minutes each session” was continued.
Over 15 different sessions in Tech, Non-Tech and even soft skills and communication were conducted throughout the day. The event saw a footfall of more than 15,000 registrations and throughout the day, we had approximately 8,000+ live attendees, with a minimum of 800 participants per session.
On the occasion of the 75th Republic Day of India, EduBridge is organizing the 4th Edition of this event this year! This year’s theme is “Celebrating Nari Shakti: Empowering Women, Inspiring Nation’s Pride”, which amplifies the celebration of women’s resilience, creativity and unshakeable spirit. Your insights and expertise would add immense value to our event, inspiring our diverse audience with your thoughts on leadership, empowerment and progress.
A full-day, virtual, talent and skills-based mega-event- SkillsFactor 2024, will be held on January 25, 2024, from 8am to 8pm. SkillsFactor is India’s largest Skills Marathon Platform and will include several skill-based sessions of 40 minutes each. Participants would be majorly in the age groups of 18+ years and will include everyone from fresh graduates to working professionals. They will get a chance to learn about various skills from the best industry speakers representing a variety of sectors which could help the participants build sustainable careers or switch their career paths as per their strengths!

He is also an IIT-Bombay and IIM-Bangalore Alumni.
Rajat Khatri
AVP - Ferns & Petals Rajat Khatri is an Analytics Leader with over 16 years of experience in the field of Data Analytics, Data Science and Business Intelligence. He is currently working as AVP - Business Intelligence for Ferns & Petals (FNP) and has worked for companies like Fractal Analytics, EXL Inductis, Housing.com, Makaan.com and Cactus Communications.

Official Representative - Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rohit is a seasoned IT professional with a rare and rich combination of experience in IT infrastructure modernization and consolidation, workload automation, and next-generation innovation using the AWS cloud. He has an extensive 18+ years of experience, 11+ AWS certifications, and is presently employed by AWS as GDR Technical Lead.

Founder & COO - The Sapientury Komala Chenna is the Founder and COO of Sapientury, a Career Tech firm that helps undergraduate students become industry-ready and career-confident. Before Sapientury, she lead a non-profit organization called Vimana with the same vision. Komala graduated from University of Wisconsin Madison in the US and is a Bangalorean at heart.
