EduBridge is an IIM alumni initiative started in 2009, with the aim of bridging the nation’s skill gap and producing industry ready workforce. EduBridge is a workforce development organization that has been setup with the vision of fulfilling the skill gap that exists currently between semi-urban/ economically backward youth and the skill requirements of the high–performing companies. EduBridge endeavors to be the Career Development companion for the youth of the country by impacting the entire Career Development Life Cycle of the Youth. Our intervention in a youth’s life starts from understanding their key strengths and interests, creating awareness on the available career opportunities, providing employment linked vocational training that focuses on both skill–sets and mindsets, certifying and placing the Learners.
We deliver extremely impactful CSR programs in the domain of career development/employment focused skill development for our partners PAN India and train over 50,000 youth annually. We have been focusing on the BFSI, IT/ITES, Retail, and Hospitality sectors over the last 10 years and we are looking to explore the Healthcare sector over the coming years.

Founder & CEO
Girish is an entrepreneur who has a vision coupled with an unwavering want to create. He brings 15 years of experience across Education, FMCG and Financial Service sectors and is driven by a visceral “hard-wired” need to strategize, to innovate and to disprove the words – “It can’t be done”. His greatest passion lies in unlocking the potential that each individual has, and in enabling them to achieve their best. He strongly believes that in this golden era of opportunities in India, the biggest factor of success for our country will be our ability to transform our people into high performing contributors to the economy. This led to the birth of EduBridge and is still central to the vision and mission of EduBridge. Girish comes from a strong operational background having worked in one of the world’s largest FMCG companies – Procter & Gamble. He then moved on to an investment bank in Mumbai where he worked with global financial investors to bring investments into the Indian market. The invaluable combination of financial as well as operations experience stands him in good stead to lead EduBridge. An IIM Bangalore graduate, Girish is passionate about developing businesses which are also beneficial to the society. He is a sports fanatic and claims that he would have been a part of the Indian cricket team had it not been for IIM. Girish walks the talk when he says – “Chase the vision, not the money; the money will end up following you. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.
Head of Finance
It is said that being a finance man, you automatically start off looking better than you are because you are fluent in the language of numbers – and that’s the language of business. Right from Fund Raising to Designing, Implementing & Monitoring Finance Operations and Control Systems for a geographically diverse organisation, like EduBridge, Prakarsh has done it all. Since 2014, Prakarsh has worked extensively to cover all aspects of the finance functions, developed a very strong team and he has also been actively involved in defining and planning strategic business goals. Gold Medallist-Post Graduate from S P Jain and a Chartered Accountant (Eq. to CPA), Prakarsh has been one of the team members, recognised for winning National Level - Ace the Case (Business Case) organised by KPMG and he also represented at the International Level in Spain, Europe. Prakarsh’s work experience boasts of association in Investment Banking at Mizuho Securities and in Strategic Planning, Assurance and Taxation services with Sanghvi, Sanghvi & Sanghvi. He strongly believes that, “One of the key roles of a Finance Head is to shine a light in corners where other people don’t want it to be shining and to tell the facts as they are, not how others would like to see them.”
Head of Learning & Development
Lovina is a doting wife and mother, she believes that “Life is a Learning Curve – so unlearn, learn and re-learn every day!” and she lives this belief to the fullest every day. She says, “It’s in the most difficult times that we discover our capabilities. When you are passionate, you do not give up. You can’t do it all by yourself. Create relationships with like-minded people both in your field and in complementary disciplines because this makes you and your business acumen stronger, open your eyes to pathways for improvement that you might not have considered. This is the way to succeed” An established professional with over 18 years of experience in Learning & Development, Change Management, Performance Management and Customer Service Operations during which she has successfully implemented and managed L&D framework for organizations across various industries and has delivered specialised training programs across multiple sectors BFSI, IT, Retail, Hospitality, Auto, Logistics - PAN India. Lovina’s strength lies in her competency in Instructional Designing and Content Development for in-house programs, government projects and corporate projects. She has designed and developed in-house Learning Management Systems to drive consistency in delivery of Training across India – creating facilitators out of trainers. Lovina has also been pivotal in launching, implementing and managing different products such as GuruSchool, School of Coding and EduBridge Online.
Head of Strategic Partnerships
Maya is passionate about identifying partnership opportunities, building strong partnerships and constantly working towards strengthening them. She loves interacting with internal and external stakeholders in the system and is intrinsically a relationships person. Maya is a Manchester Business School Graduate with Masters in Technology and Innovation Management. She is also a Gold medallist from Pune University with a Bachelors of Engineering degree. Maya has 13+ years of experience with Partner Management, Business development, Marketing and setting up/Optimizing processes across these functions of the organization. Prior to joining EduBridge, Maya co-founded an IT Products and Services organization “MindGenies” where she focussed on setting up a high performance Business Development team by driving improvements in all relevant metrics such as revenues, quality, productivity and costs. She managed the end-to-end process including activities such as Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Project Scoping and Costing, Pre-sales activities, Contracts Management, Sales Conversion and Account Management. She was also responsible for all Marketing and Branding activities for the organization.
Business Head
He is a Management Graduate and comes with over 14 years of experience across Banking and Education Sector into Building Business & Operations. For EduBridge, Piyush works on enhancing and stabilizing product and business portfolios, optimizing operations, nurturing team capabilities and delivering growth. He is passionate about building high-performance teams and enjoys being actively involved in problem solving for business growth. He unwinds over a cup of tea and music; he also enjoys time with his family and travel.
Business Head
Parth is a Sales Guru. In particular, he encourages salespeople to commit to a lifetime of learning and training; to be extremely shrewd when it comes to setting (and thereby exceeding) goals and quotas and to maintain a heightened level of motivation by constantly visualizing success. His confident speaking style and engaging capability made him a well-recognized speaker on sales strategies at EduBridge. He is known for presentations, seminars and keynote addresses that are funny, insightful and pragmatic. Graduate in Commerce with expertise in Sales, Marketing and Digital Marketing. He is an achievement-driven and high-performance Senior Management Executive with over 13 years’ of outstanding contributions in all phases of business operations entailing Top/Senior Level Strategic Planning, Sales & Marketing, Training & Development with some of the leading organizations of high repute such as CMC Ltd.(TCS), NIIT, HDFC (CBOP). Parth firmly believes that We grow when we help other people grow, “The stars in a team will always shine, but lifting mid-range people can make a huge difference to overall results. To Parth, Personalization is Key! Parth has an infectious personable personality and enjoys listening to music, reading books, travelling, spending time with friends & family and learning new techniques of motivating everyone around him.
