Course Highlights
About the Program
Career Compass is EduBridge’s structured career awareness and guidance program designed to help students make informed, confident decisions about their academic and professional pathways.
Students often navigate their education and career choices with limited clarity about their strengths, preferences, and long-term alignment with industry roles. Career Compass addresses this challenge through a combination of scientifically validated psychometric assessments, trait-based evaluation frameworks, and guided counselling.
By integrating tools such as Holland’s Theory and the Big Five personality framework, the program provides learners with deep insights into their interests, aptitude, behavioral traits, and work preferences. These insights are translated into a personalized Career Compass Report, helping students understand potential career pathways aligned to who they are and how they learn and perform.
Career Compass is not designed to prescribe careers. It is designed to build self-awareness, direction, and decision readiness, enabling students to engage more meaningfully with future skills, industry immersion, internships, and employability interventions across their academic journey.
