The Edubridge Way

We start it from the very basic...

Need to Bridge Existing Gaps

The key reason which prevents employers from leveraging on the vast pool of human talent available in rural areas is the lack of relevant skill and training among the rural youth. Inspite of several efforts in this direction, there still remains a few crucial gaps. We have identified these gaps which point towards a dire need to “skillify” the rural youth.

Gap 1

Disconnect between Corporate needs and current trainings offered to the youth

Gap 2

Lack of involvement of leading academicians and ineffective last mile delivery of training

Gap 3

Inaccessibility to quality rural talent for the corporates and employment for the rural youth

Bridge 1

Our training curriculum has been jointly developed by the best in the industry and academia, thereby making the curriculum relevant and easy to understand. In this way, the rural youth LEARN concepts, APPLY them from day one of their jobs and constantly outperform their peers.

Bridge 2

We have a pool of trainers spread across the states in semi-urban and rural areas that undergo rigorous training by leading academicians and corporates in the country. This ensures effective dissemination of the training “at the doorstep” of rural youth.

Bridge 3

Through our wide network in rural areas, we are able to provide our clients with a wide array of services ranging from supply of rural talent to research on rural markets. We thereby create a Rural-Corporate Link providing a steady flow of quality talent and information between the rural areas and relevant economic centers of india

Workforce Requirement

There is a huge demand for a low cost & well-trained workforce across industries. There will be a requirement of ~20 mn people across many sectors within India over the next 2-3 years for entry level jobs.

Lack of Trained Employees

However, penetration of training in these sectors ranges from 5% to 30% resulting in lack of trained employees and thus low levels of productivity.

Urban Youth - Far More Expensive

Huge majority of the trained population in India belongs to urban India where the average salary of the urban youth is over 50% higher than the rural youth.
