VP and Assistant GC & Head of EXL Satyajit Gupta is the Vice President, Assistant GC & Head of India Legal at EXL India.Satyajit is a dual-qualified lawyer (India and England) with 2 decades work experience with top law practices. Satyajit took over the CSR function at EXL in 2021 and is passionate about scaling the CSR program; one of his key initiatives was to set up the EXL Foundation, a not for profit for the group.

Vice President - HR at EXL Sonal S is the Vice President of HR at EXL. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Software Systems and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Sonal has over 17 years of experience in Human Resource functions, spanning across industries like hospitality, retail – entertainment & sales and business process management. In her 11+ years at EXL Service, Sonal has successfully managed the HR Business Partner role for various client engagements across Insurance – Property & Casualty domain, Insurance - Finance & Accounting, Healthcare and Banking & Financial Services.
